has anybody had any problems with the screen not clicking?

it senses touch and wherever i touch is highlighted. but i cant click.

this happens off and on. ive used compressed air thinking maybe there was something under the screen but no luck.

any ideas???

how long have you had the phone? I've wondered about the integrity of the Storm and if the click screen might s**t the bed after a time.

ive had the phone for about 3 weeks i guess. this is my second storm. my first got a lot of dust under the screen so i was sent a replacement.

the problem only began about 3 days ago.

happened to me yesterday. the screen just stopped clicking all over. it was like it got stuck. just tell verizon and they will send you another one

If anything they are talking about the sound of the screen itself. What they are having trouble with though is the clicking in of the screen isn't being transmitted to the software which could be a software, electronic, or physical issue.

Its not a tone, its screen hardware ifself. You cannot turn it off.

This has been discussed several times. If you do a search you should be able to find the threads about how to fix screen click issues.
