    Hey new here, I just got the Storm 9530 and I have a question about the screen, I know you guys have probably answered this question before but I cant seem to find the similar problem that I am having. It seems when I push on the screen near the end or power of button the screen turns black, but it only does that when it is pressed down once I let it go it goes back to normal. I dont think there is a fix but I thought I would find out before I have to drive an hour to get it replace.

    It is not right. Either make the drive or call Verizon and they should FedEx you a new phone.

    that is what I thought, and I will talk to Telus seeing as I am in Canada and not with Verizon
