I have been sitting here watching something on You Tube on my desktop. My Storm has been sitting on my desk. Over the last hour my screen has been turning on (fully bright) and then slowly turning back off randomly. I then made a phone call to test this in call using the speakerphone. And it turned on and flipped off just like when i was not on the phone. It has probably done it 12 to 15 times in the past hour. Could this be whats behind the poor battery life. Is it turning on and off all day in my pocket and when i am on the phone? Note: i am in a room with a constant light source. And have not received any messages or calls. Phone has been locked. Cant understand why the phone would power on and off the screen continually.
