I downloaded a ringtone from this site and can't get it to work. I opened the file on my phone but can't figure out what to do next. I've searched for an hour and can't find a thread on how to make it work. I finially found the thread. I followed it down to where it says open profiles. I can't find anything that says profile, where is it

go to media>ringtones>my ringtones find it click it make sure it works hit the back key (the one that looks like a sideways U, hit the blackberry button click set as ringtone and it should be set....
Unless you want to set it for a special contact then you hit your little speaker button on the front of the phone when the sound profiles open scroll down to either set ringtone/alerts or set contact alerts and from there you can set up custom tones for either different messaging options or specific contacts.

Profiles has an icon that probably looks like a little speaker.
