Sorry if this has been asked, tried a search and could not find it. I have my e-mail account set to silent and this works fine as long as the sound profile is set to normal, but if I change it to loud, I get an audible tone or if on vibrate it vibrates every time an email comes in. Is there anyway around this?
I would imagine you have set your email notification to silent in the normal profile, it will only have that behaviour in the profile you configured to do that (normal).
If you use a different profile, customise that profile and change the email notification to silent on that profile too.
