Any idea how to fix this problem on a Storm 9530? I didnt' see any other threads mention the Storm as the hardware.

could be you installed the desktop redirector when installing Desktop Manager.
reinstall the app and choose "personal email" instead.

I did uninstall..and reinstall and used personal email option. still getting the emails...just not as much. Do I need to delete certain service books??
