The first time i tried it i turned off mass storage and it didnt work.

Make sure you turn on Mass Storage

it's still not working for me. I uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled pocket mac, rebooted, installed driver, rebooted. That didn't work, so then I tried installing without the reboot between pocket mac and the patch. Still no good.

Any suggestions?

And just to be sure I'm in the right setting, mass storage is:
Options > Memory > Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode = Yes
Options > Memory > Mass Storage Mode Support = On

Yep worked for me. You must plug directly into the computer, not the key board.

No. Turn on Mass Media Storage, and just click and drop to the respective folder in the BlackBerry 2 Drive.

i tried this and it just gets stuck...won't sync all the way through.. So I guess I am going back to missing sync

I downloaded the new driver and had an immediate successful sync. Then I manually entered all my contacts from VZW backup assistant to my Mac AddressBook. I have tried syncing several times now and PocketMac gets stuck on the screen that says syncing contacts and will not advance from there...Any ideas from anyone?
