When installing VCast/Rhapsody (from the CD or Verizon music download) I get an error stating Rhapsody can only be used in the United States and Rhapsody then shuts down. Rhapsody checks your IP address during install and if it's outside the US you can't use the software. I've spent endless hours with Rhapsody and Verizon useless techs who can't figure out the problem. They've verified my IP address is listed as Orlando, Florida. I've followed all the FAQ's from the Rhapsody web site, also with no resolution. Any suggestions?
