For many of us, our time lapse for no questions return passed two days ago, that is, if you got yours on the 21st when they were released, as I did.

How many have their original, and happy with it?

I have my original... Biggest improvement was learning the trick with the torx screws. Second biggest have been the os updates, though I'm sure the best is yet to come in that department.

Especially since the screw tension trick came out, I love this phone... Kinda had planned on passing it to my wife if the Bold comes to Big Red, but now I don't know if I can part with it.

Have my original one. Never need the Torx screws. Clicking always worked GREAT! Also never had major problems with the software - just minor things that will get fixed soon enough.

SO everyones 30 days almost becomes almost 2 months no matter what? B/c i bought the phone the second day but got it a week later so my 30 days is approaching soon and i might return it cause im having some problems after being patient with it for so long, so i have till the 15th no matter what?

Me too! I guess we're some of the lucky ones. When you're going through these forums keep one thing in mind:

People are more likely to post a negative comment regarding this phone instead of a post along the lines of "I LOVE MY PHONE". In this day in age, a non-post equals satisfaction.

I got mine 11/21 at 7:00 MST and it is still running strong. I haven't needed a replacement or anything, this one is perfect!

I've got mine that I picked up on 11/21/08. Made in Canada. Never had the screen click problem. Further more, five of my close friends all got the Storm the first weekend, and none of them have had to make any returns.

Still have my original from Nov 21. Had a couple hic-ups with .83, but I went back to .75 and have had smooth sailing.

I'm keeping mine. Every update seems to make it better. The hardware has always been good for me. Any small bugs will work themselves out through OS updates. I miss the physical Key Board, but really like everything else about the storm.

still have my original too.

sooks, my store is still telling me that i cant return it after 30 days. they are STILL saying that it wont apply to my contract extension. that i wont be free and clear of verizon if i return it. they are saying i can return the phone but cant get out of my 2 year extension. they say the holiday policy doesnt apply to that. have you heard anything stupid like this at all? or are they just dumb?

Got mine day 1 (after waiting 10 hours for Verizon's computers to unfreeze). Never had any major issues. The original OS was sluggish and had accelerometer issues. Updated to .75 then .83 and never looked back. Everything is smooth and intuitive. Love the STORM!

i got mine 12/8, and still have original. with the .83, and unscrewing the screen, it works great!

I waited in line to get mine on the 21st. Still have the same one with no hardware issues. Software wise I really don't mind to much, although .83 is being a bit of a pain.

Will probably go back to .76 after the holidays (the camera fixes in .83 are going to be put to good use)

I have my original Nov 21st storm, no click fixes needed and purring like a kitten.

My wife, on the other hand, I had to loosen the screws a little for her, but otherwise her's is good too!!
