    Options/Security/General, Menu/Wipe. Follow the onscreen directions.

    Go to Options>>Security Options>.General Settings

    Hit your Blackberry Menu key and choose Wipe Handheld.

    Something went screwy - so I'm going back to original and then doing a restore to 12-16 when I know all was right.
