since I upgraded to the new software 5.0 I can not get either one of the battery pull apps towork both soft reset and Quick pull, neither one will do the job ;-( anybody else having this problem or know how I can fix it? thanks in advance

Yes these are know issues with 5.0... they are working on makeing the Apps compatible with 5.0... when you get the chance take a look at the sticky thread about the New 5.0 OS... You will find that almost every question has been asked already... many have been anwsered too... Hopefully these apps wil be back up and running soon..
