Does anybody know how to fix or reconnect the microphone on the Storm? I just got a replacement phone thru Asurion last week because my old phone quit working and Verizon wouldn't replace it because of physical damage. Last night I dropped my new phone on concrete and now when I try and make a phone call I can hear the other person but they can't hear me. When I called Asurion to see what I could do they said I would have to spend another $50 on getting a replacement phone. If I send in my phone now with the scratches on top they consider it fraud and I get charged $300. I figured I might as well mess around with the phone and see if I can get it working again before I spend another $50 on a new one. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
