i am curious as to what people are getting in the mail for replacements? are you guys getting new on box with all accessories or are people getting refurbished phones?

People may tell you the ones in the brown boxes are refurbs. They aren't. If it comes in a brand new retail box with accessories thats VZW shipping that cause they don't have enough of the replacement phones and they are taking a loss on the manuals and the nicer box. There hasn't been enough time for a refurb to come out yet.

Now you may get one that someone has returned (but that will probably come in the retail packaging that the guy returned it in).

Yeah there is no way they have refurb units already. Anyway mine came in a brand new box with everything
