so they are shipping me a replacement due to nmy 2nd one having screen issues. last week when i got my first replacement it was a totally brand new phone with all OEM packaging and accessories. today they tried to send me a "like new" phone replacement which I refused to accept since it has only been two weeks. CSR leaves conversation and comes back after talking to his "lead" and then tells me they are shipping me a brand new one but without accessories. What do you folks think? is this actually new or are they lying to me and shipping a refurb?

Its new. Don't get your panties in a bunch... Worst case when it arrives take a look at it. If you can't tell then why care?
