Do a search for jl Cmdr and do a COMPLETE wipe and then you can even eliminate your phone number if you do a search for that as well
This is incorrect. If you're returning the phone to Verizon for whatever reason, just do a Security Wipe as described in the first response. Don't to a wipe with jl Cmdr. That'll hose you on the OS deletion and you'll have to answer to Verizon for that if you don't fix it.
