Ok so i got a replacement today. And my DM did some funky stuff and basically erased the OS off of the phone. I tried restoring it using these instructions.How To: ReInstall OS When Computer Won't Recognize The Device Is Connected - PinStack.com

It didn't work the first time. and it says that a fatal error occured every time i've tried to repeat the process. also the part where it says hit advanced instead of finished... I can't find the advanced button... im using DM 4.7 please help me....

lolz hey thanks! I figured it out though going directly through the apploader instead of through the DM (thats what the instructions were for it just wasn't clearly stated)
