The red LED message indicator is stuck on and it won't shut off... Has anybody had this problem before? I tried power cycling, but it didn't help, I'm trying to avoid a battery pull..

I had this happen to me but as soon as i got another text/email it went back to normal so i have no idea whats goin on with yours. Im guessing a battery pull would obviously fix it.

And why would you be trying to avoid a battery pull? Just curious as this is one way to reset the device.

Everytime I get a text it fixes, but as soon as I open the text, it gets stuck on again. And it happens with the green LED coverage indicator too. I'll try one of those apps that reset the phone for you.

Okay.. so apparently I can't connect to the internet... Time for a battery pull..
