ok i bought the blackberyy storm 9530 a week or so ago. Now it is having random reboots and shutdowns, does anyone know what this is from or how to fix it?????????????

What I think he is asking you is if you have updated your Storm to the 4.7.0.148 operating system. Go into options then select about and tell us what OS you have

go to options > advanced options > wireless update > check for updates

alright thanx. the reason i didnt do it over the computer was it asked for a pin and a password and i didnt know them lol

if u do not have a password, just click next or ok

as for the pin, go to > options (wrench) > status > pin > 8 digit number/letters
