I'm having the same troubles...it's been getting worse over the past week...and so I called tech support last friday...and they said they had no history of this problem lol. I asked her if she was kidding...ha. so they sent me another...but even though my phone was a month old...they wouldn't send me a new one..they send you a used one...and I think this isn't helping the situation.
Then why not give upgrading a try? It has worked for me. I can recommend .113; the only problem I have seen is some kind of buggy screen touching and scrolling. Sometimes the screen seems to get stuck for a second or two, and you have to tap somewhere else other than where you originally tapped in order to get things responding. But I don't think my phone has restarted itself or crashed outright a single time since I updated.
