    Ever since I upgraded to 5.0.0.328 some of my BBM and SMS randomly will not open. Sometimes it works if I go to the home screen and then back in. Sometimes it doesnt. Another guy I talked to with a Storm said he has the same issue except just with SMS and MMS. Is this a known issue, or is this something I should go to Verizon for?

    known os glitch.. easiest workaround is to go menu>compose SMS/MMS/EMAIL and select that contact.. and it will pull up the current chat

    Thanks..will Verizon do anything about this if I go in, or are they gonna blow me off?
