I have a Storm & I'm a little confused about the "vibration" option within each custom sound panel. When configuring custom sounds for applications or functions, one of the options to edit is "vibration". Usually you get to pick on, off, in holster only or custom. Can someone please explain this option in full detail and what each vibration function does?

Then on the home screen, to the left of the date and time, is a sound icon that you can press to tell the phone what sound you want (loud, medium, vibrate only, etc). I've been using this feature to turn my phone on vibrate thinking it would override ALL custom sound options and make everything vibrate. Well, the other day I had the phone on vibrate and forgot to turn it off when a friend called and her custom ringtone sounded instead of the phone vibrating. Why did this happen and how do I stop that from happening in the future?
