I am very very new to the storm and I have noticed a little box when I make a phone call and don't know what it is. if you are looking at it while making a phone call it is just under the volume lines this square box has 5 little dots in it and when you try to touch it it does nothing. never noticed and i do see an icon in the manual about it.

2. That box the OP is referring to shows up on my phone too, just have to turn TalkLock off to see it.

I wasnt being rude at all, all I did was inform you and you took it the wrong way. You assumed my response was rude.

I have TalkLock and I unlocked it and dont have the box the OP is referring to.

I dont have CaptureIt hence the image from StormLock.

I too have the same symbol that you are describing. Just showed up since I put on the Otterbox????

OK I figured it out.

It is looked at as an Equilizer......
If dots go from lower left to upper right= Boost Treble
If dots go from upper left to lower right= Boost Bass
If the icon is not there at all= Normal

It can be Removed /Changed by hitting ....
BB Menu..
Enhanced Call Audio..
Then select you choice
