    new too the boards its my first post ive been searching around crackberry forums for awhile and just signed up but i have a question about the storm. Can you turn off the ability that makes the phone screen flip when you turn it on its side?

    okay thanks it just pisses me off when i pull it out of my pocket and the screen view is sideways when im holding it upright and then it's slow to get back into the upright position

    no i haven't upgraded ill try that and see if it helps out any and another question i have about 5 voice mails in my visual voicemail and when i try to play them they all say playback error i restarted it multiple times took out the battery and it still says playback error has anyone had this problem?

    I'm curious about this problem. I have had the occasional sad misfortune of the accelerometer not cooperating even after the upgrade.

    I can't imagine this isn't going to be at the forefront of their to-do list, since the feature was one of the main marketing points of the device.

    it is indeed very cool, but we just want it to work.
