My voicemail service forwards emails with .wav files as attachments. For months on my BB Storm I have been choosing "open attachment" and then "download and play ". Phone would bring up player...I could listen to the message and then delete msg. Now when I choose "download and play" the messages is in an endless loop that can only be stopped by turning off the device. Sometimes it takes 4-5 attempts to turn off the device. I've pulled the battery. Don't see anything in the forums. Posted this question before. Ideas anyone? I'm a newbie..... And thx for your help.
