it worked perfectly until a few days ago. i didnt download any new apps for quite awhile so i dont think that is the problem. it freezes with the spinning clock (or whatever u call) it all the time now.. whenever someone calls it freezes and wont allow me to answer my call. how can i fix this? update to a different OS like .113? or replace this phone?
First try a battery pull leave it out for 30 sec. to a minute try that, then go to options>security options > clear cache and disable it. this should help. I thought 109 was a great OS, i wouldnt go to 113 if you upgrade go to bbcrackmans 114V3. you can get it at www.blackberryos.com
