Hello All,
I am feeling rather useless tonight, because I have done this tons of times, and I am not sure why I am having a malfunction. I just wipped my device, well because I wanted to. I am trying to setup my email, but for some reason I am not getting the same setup as last time, and it is not working for me. When I go to the email set up quick link thing, it brings me to the setup for blackberry internet service, which I do not have. It asks for me for my passoword and username, but I dont have this service... i dont think.....I want to set up my gmail account. i am running 5.0.0.328. Please help, I do not feel like calling verizon

If VZW is your carrier, you must have BIS. That is the data plan, which is required as a VZW BlackBerry user. Here's the link to VZW's BIS on the PC. https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?brand=vzw&locale=en
