Hi ,I have storm 9500 and have sync'd my contacts from my sim onto the storm, the problem is that if I make a phone call then all of the contacts are there but if I try to send an SMS or email it tells me that contacts is empty, any idea how to fix this?

It sounds like you may have your contacts filtered. In the Address Book, press Menu / Filter and make sure no boxes are checked.

thanks for the reply, in the filter menu there is two option "business" and "Personal", neither option is checked
