    sorry, select "Current Version" and then a button will at the bottom will say "Downgrade"

    then hit BB key, then select Delete Downgrade Data.

    if that doesnt work, try selecting "Previous Upgrade Succeeded" or "Details" in the BB menu.

    its there somehwere, just gotta find it.

    I have never had a BB with any issues other than my trackball needing to be cleaned on my 8330. This is a first for me.
