I could not find an 800 number or regular number for them directly. They have a web submission form for their customer service, and they DO provide 800 (and otherwise) numbers for the companies products that they sell. What is the brand name of the item you bought? I can get you that companies number or other contact info.

EDIT: I like the new sig RG, keep em guessing.

The way Mobihand works, they refer you to the developer (software) or manufacturer (hardware). I don't see any 1-800 numbers for Mobihand themselves.
