Okay, so my Storm is randomly now allowing me to hear a call I make. Sometimes I can hear it ring and the caller on the other end, and sometimes I cannot.
Problem is? This is ALSO happening on my Moto755 on the same account. Could this be account related? I hesitate to call Verizon tech support because I've done battery pulls on both and it seems unrelated to fixing it since, frankly, it's random.
I did call Verizon... they've redone some settings on their end and we'll see if it helps. Here's hoping. Since it is BOTH phones on my account, I don't think this is specifically a Storm problem, but since some Storm users are having this issue, could it be the way they set up Storm accounts?
