Hey everyone, I have continued to encounter a problem while trying to sync my music...When I startup DM, it shows my phone as connected, and while using any other DM tool my phone shows up as connected. However, when I try to sync my music to iTunes, as I have done before, I get a message saying DM cannot connect to my phone (although in the left corner of that box it shows my PIN)...I have reinstalled .75 OS, reinstalled both Media Sync and DM 4.7, set Mass Storage Mode to "Off," which it is suppose to be while using Sync (although I have tried with MSM on). Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, how did you fix it (if you did)?

When using media sync, it changes the device the mass storage mode for better syncing. So, the DM will not recognize it during sync. You don't need the DM to run to sync to iTunes.

This is one of the problems with DM, it doesn't always work the way that you want it to work. I would download the itunes sync app from the BB website. Then run the app by itself to do the sync with itunes. Also make sure that you have your device set to MTP and not MSM for itunes to be able to sync properly.

Are all your drivers installed? They should be auto, or at least with the DM. But can you do anything with mass storage enabled?

Everything should be fine, I've synced it before. The only thing that's different is that I got a replacement Storm because my other one didn't click, so I'm starting to think its the BB itself...

It's weird, just wondering though, can you view both the SD card and BB when MSM is on?

I can view the BB, how would I go about viewing the SD card?

When you open my computer, you should be able to explore both as external drives.

When I go to My Computer I only have three options, Files Stored on This Computer, Hard Disk Drives, and Devices with Removable Storage. (I'm on XP if that makes a difference)
