So my storm had a memory wipe today (don't ask!) and I went to sync my contacts from my outlook to my storm.

The problem is it only syncs contacts that have emails attached to them. It will NOT sync any other contacts. I've looked around in settings in both outlook and Device manager, and google, etc....can't seem to find the fix.

Any help?

Are all of your contacts in outlook? Like if you open outlook and open your contacts are they all there? If so check desktop manager there are setting that you can change for syncing with outlook. Check and make sure they are setup properly. Also, you don't have a full backup stored on your computer?

yeah I now know to make a full back up =(

I've already messed with all the settings I know how to mess with. and yes they're all there in Outlook. The sync process even recognizes that they're there. Shows all 196 contacts processing but only the 56 with emails on them show up.
