So I bought my son a Storm for Christmas----it came today, with 4.7.0.65 why.......so I am downloading .75 now! geeze why the wait if it was going to come with .65

?? Probably because it was made before .75 was released. I'm sure it would have taken longer to get the phone if they had waited to put .75 on it. Besides, .76 is better.

Are you updated OTA or via DM? Any idea how to get the OTA app? I can't find it on my Storm?

If its not there, you should go into Service book, delete provisioning... make sure its gone, then undelete provisioning. exit out.... Now the OTA software upgrade option should be listed. Good luck

Yeah, i had to talk him into wanting it! He has a Q9m with hacked firmware q9c 6.1 for like 3 weeks...so now he has a Storm..He is 16 what 16 year old dont need a Blackberry Storm! Anyone know where to get Bell .76

The wait wasn't because of the new OS it was because they had no units in stock. I would rather have my phone today with the old OS then in 2 weeks with the new OS

.76 Bell should be up in a stickied thread, I just got a brand new replacement today, and it also came with .65, so I upgraded, swapped, and FedEx'd my old one back to them.

check your storm i got mine today order on the 25 it got here fri it has .75 even thoe the box says .65

Box said .65, BlackBerry said .65 as well.

Once I deleted "Provisioning" and then undeleted it, the OTA upgrade appeared.

Which just finished...sweet.
