hmmmm.....ive done research on other post about this problem and it seems that most users with this problem either go back to verizon and get their device replaced under the mfg warranty, or they do a re-installation of the os. on this website, look under the blackberry help tab, and go to blackberry 101 and you will find articles on how to install the OS. you can also check the forumn titled blackberry storm os, and see if that helps.
