im having the same exact problem. i have my aim nd msn account set up on my storm nd none of my msn emails come thru to the phone. my aim emails come thru with no problem.

um, u would probably get more info on the sticky labeled "lost browser threads" neways, follow below:

1) options > advanced options > host routing table > bbmenu > register now > wait a minute or two

2) email settings > login if user/pass is available > bbmenu > service books > send service books > wait a minute or two

3) email settings > login if user/pass is available > select ur msn account > enter ur password > save

Try reregistering your account in BIS. Reenter your password or delete the entire account and readd it.

Have you tried resending your service books?

I wonder if this might be related to the bbm issue. Word is that there was a RIM BIS server that went down.
