when walking through the unlock procedure nothing happens after entering MEP2. I pulled the SIM and put it back in but display reads "No valid SIM card." The Verizon rep says it's bad and is sending me a replacement overnight. Since then I've read the posted instructions and am wondering about the step of turning off all wireless connections. The Verizon rep did not mention that step. What wireless connections need to be turned off and how do I do it?
