I'm trying to set up my wifes personal email on her storm and it's not given me the option to on the set up screen. It just gives the option for corporate email. Can anyone help me with this issue. Thanks

Is her Storm a corporate phone? If so, you may not be able to. She would have to discuss it with her company's IT department.

I'd call verizon and ask if they have it set up for BES or BIS. Sounds like BIS is what you want and they have you set for the other.

question: (assuming bis)

r u accessing the email part via "setup" or "email settings"
setup only gives u the corporate email setting
email settings gives u the option to login if u have a bis account and setup ur accounts
