I currently have a Verizon xv6800. I am considering the Storm.
Can anyone tell me if I should make the move or just stick with a windows device?

That's entirely your preference. I have never been a fan of WinMo devices, so I've stuck to Blackberry's for the past year. I've tried all of Verizon's models since the Pearl 8130, and they've all been good devices.

Better question would be why are you looking to switch?

I am not all that thrilled with what I have. I hear people talking about their blackberries all the time. I use it for interent and email and text for work purposes. Is the Storm the way to go.

Plus I like gadgets and it look spretty cool

Lol sounds like you may want to consider a Storm then. Blackberry's are primarily designed for Email and Internet access on the go.

I feel being non gadget minded I made a mistake getting a storm but thats my fault

If your after a phone and txt capability then stick with a normal phone

If however you use email daily surf and generally use all of the functions a pda/smart phone has then yes the storm is a good tool to use
