    on your phone go to

    Options, Memory,

Make sure Mass Storage Mode Support is "On"
Make sure Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected is
    "Yes"

    Then try again

downloading that files as we speak, I actually put the battery back in and the phone is actually working ...Now I sound like an *****. But for the past 3 days I've tried taking the battery out, shutting it off, turning on and it always lagged and would freeze up. Now It's actually running pretty well I guess.

So I went to options and found it's running OS 4.7

I'm still going to update it and start with a clean slate
    Which 4.7 OS is it?

OK 47 MB is pretty good. OS 151 is a good solid OS. It still has some lag but its not as noticeable. An OS that is much quicker and smooth is OS 5.0.0.230. It has some glitches though, which is why I recommended 151 for you to start. How is your device running?
