Hi everyone! The storm is my first Blackberry and the past three days I have not put it down. I was looking thought the tips and tricks thread and read were you can add another row on the main screen by pressing the BB button twice and then going to options. I changed it but don't like it and want to change it back but when I press the options key it doesn't do any thing. Did I mess this thing up? Also is there another way I can just set everything up the way it came when I first turned the phone on? I have messed up a few things and would like to just start over? Thanks
Do a battery pull and try to open options again. This was and still is a reoccurring problem for some users. As for messing up a few things, what would those be specifically? Because they can most likely be fixed without restoring the device to how it was when you first bought it.
