Ok I just got a replacement Storm. Everything works great so far but I am having trouble setting it up. On my previous storm I had a [email protected] email adress. How do I set that up on my new storm? any help would be greatly appreciated
Go to BlackBerry Internet Service, enter your user name and password. Change the PIN/MEID combination in the BIS and it should send service books to your device with your current email accounts. There is a way to go through email settings on the device to do the same thing. If you previously had a BB device you don't want to choose new user because it will cause you to have two BIS accounts set up and you won't be able to use things like BB Messenger or vzw.blackberry.net accounts.
