Just got a storm from bell mobility and it has a dead pixel in the center

should I exchange it?

I feel like I got a good unit so I am a little hesitant haha

are the storms all pretty consistent quality wise?

I've had a dead pixel on my PC screen for the past 3 years. It's in a spot that doesn't bother me. If yours is driving you crazy, send it back.

The Storm quality is NOT consistent. Multiple stories of people having a good click storm, exchanging for another reason and ending up with one with bad click issues. And the list is larger than just that.

But if you have a dead pixel keep returning it until you get a good unit. You paid the money and are entitled to a properly working device.

If you just bought it and you should still be under warranty then exchange it.
