I got a Storm on Vodafone in the UK and decided to try updating the software etc and I went through the guides on here but I come across a fatal error message when on connecting to boot room part, I dowloaded the software etc..

I am on a mac but use the desktop manager through parralels

Can anyone suggest what maybe the problem?

Try clearing the browser cache on your BB, etc. things you dont need. Anything to help the process run smoother.
