I am new here but enjoying the wealth of information found here.

I have a scenario that I would like some feedback on. I currently have a Curve with Verizon. My sister got a storm for Christmas but really wants a curve, doesnt want to deal with a touchscreen.

She is willing to swap with me so that I dont have to pay full retail for a Storm as I cant upgrade for about 16 months.

Will Verizon have a problem with this? Am I voiding any warranty's?

they will not have a problem with this. you just need to have them do an esn swap over the phone. they don't even need to know what you are doing. just did this last weekend. call them and you need to tell them you want to swap a phone with the esn

My concern was that we have different accounts, it looks like I might need to order a replacement so I didnt want to have any issues.
