I just switched from a chocolate to the Storm and now people are having a hard time hearing me in certain areas of my house -- namely, in front of my computer! I work from home, so I talk in front of my computer all day long. People say I sound very muffled - as if I put my hand over the mic. I am not moving my hand -- just my body. As soon as I roll back from my desk about 2 ft, they can hear me again.
Any ideas on what to do? I tried it in front of other computers in my house and it's not happening there - just in front of my work computer.
