Hey guys. No one yell at me or call me stupid cause this is my first blackberry. I just got the Storm 9530 and i've been downloading some tones and alerts off crackberry.com. My problem is when i get an SMS the alert tone i set up will not work. I've gone through the settings over and over and again and still i can not get it to work. Can anyone help me?

Try creating a custom profile for the SMS alerts.

Apparently, based on the "Official Update" thread on the first page, this is a known bug.
