I tried to do a backup today and repeatedly its failed. Failed mid way through on all 3 of my windows computers. Now I tried to do a restore from a backup from a few days ago and in the middle of the restore process the program just stops working and the BB desktop just fades away on my laptop without completing the restore. WTF am I doing wrong?
