Love the phone but Rim is still working out some bugs. If you can't deal with some issues just wait. I love BB's and its my first touch screen so I'm hooked but I don't ever remember doing a battery pull on my 8703.

Ultimately you have to decide for yourself.
Personally, I have liked b'berries ever since the sales reps for a company I worked for 5 years ago got them.
The phones are exceptional tools! The Storm carries on the line!!
Does it still have bugs? Yes! Is it getting better? Yes! Am I happy with the Storm as a whole?...Oh Heck Yeah!!!
