Hi there, I recently sold my storm on ebay and the buyer claims to have a problem with it. I unlocked the phone from uniquephones.com and listed the item as unlocked. Now after two weeks the buyer has sent me a message saying that the phone is not unlocked, only the sim lock has been removed and not the network lock. He says that this won't allow him to change settings and use the internet.
SIM lock is the only lock on the phone, settings are never locked, and does he know what he's doing with the phone? I'd hate to be an *** but if he cant use the internet he either dosn't have a BlackBerry plan, or dosn't know anything about BlackBerrys, Point him to the thread here http://forums.crackberry.com/f135/ho...m-95xx-107154/ about how to get it working. He should have done a little research about these phones before he bought one.
