    Open the back and remove the battery. Wait 30 seconds, reinsert, and replace the back cover. Allow the device to reboot.

    Ok, do another batt. Pull but this time when it starts loading up press and hold the back arrow until it completely finishes load. the phone will be in safemode then, and if that doesn't help, you probably have a broken lcd. Take it in and get it swapped out.

    lcd probably went bad, take it in and get another storm. Hope you have insurance, goodluck
